RL25 (1.5mb) The RL25 ratchet tension system uses the well proven 800kg tensioner (to BS 5759) in conjunction with a wide range of end fittings. 1300kg 25mm polyester webbing is always used. The Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) is 400kg. |

RL35(HD) (1.5mb) The RL35 (HD) is a robust tension system for light lorries and trailers. The system overall has an ultimate break strength of 3000kg with a Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) of 1500kg. The system is manufactured using 35mm polyester webbing and a wide range of end fittings is readily available. |

RL50 (3mb) The RL50 system is recommended for heavy commercial vehicles and is extensively used by the transport industry. It is manufactured to BS 5759, has a break strength of 5000kg and for calculating loads, has a Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) of 2500kg. |

RLL50 (1.5mb) The RLL50 ratchet tension system uses the well proven 1500kg tensioner. Manufactured to BS 5759 in conjunction with a wide range of fittings. 2000kg 50mm polyester web used. The Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) is 750kg. |
