The CB25 system is a multipurpose system for light duty applications. The 25mm polyester webbing is used in conjunction with a 400kg cam buckle to give a Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) of 200kg.

RL25 (1.5mb)
The RL25 ratchet tension system uses the well proven 800kg tensioner (to BS 5759) in conjunction with a wide range of end fittings. 1300kg 25mm polyester webbing is always used. The Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) is 400kg.
RL35(HD) (1.5mb)
The RL35 (HD) is a robust tension system for light lorries and trailers. The system overall has an ultimate break strength of 3000kg with a Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) of 1500kg. The system is manufactured using 35mm polyester webbing and a wide range of end fittings is readily available.
RL50 (3mb)
The RL50 system is recommended for heavy commercial vehicles and is extensively used by the transport industry. It is manufactured to BS 5759, has a break strength of 5000kg and for calculating loads, has a Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) of 2500kg.
RLL50 (1.5mb)
The RLL50 ratchet tension system uses the well proven 1500kg tensioner. Manufactured to BS 5759 in conjunction with a wide range of fittings. 2000kg 50mm polyester web used. The Rated Assembly Strength (RAS) is 750kg.
RL75H (3mb)
The RL75 10,000kg ratchet systems are manufactured to BS5759/1987 and can be made to your specific requirements (The RAS is 5000kg)
WS50 (1.5mb)
The 1500kg winch strap is fitted with a heavy duty rope hook with a spring loaded keeper and is ideal for boat trailers.
